    mydeposits is a trading name of Tenancy Deposit Solutions Limited (TDSL) and who are authorised by Government to operate custodial and insurance-based tenancy deposit protection schemes throughout the UK since 2007.

    TDSL is jointly owned by Hamilton Fraser (HFIS Ltd) and the National Landlords Association.

    Hamilton Fraser is a company that specialises in providing financial and support services to the private rented sector including property and related insurance products via its Total Landlord Insurance brand, consumer redress via its Property Redress Scheme and client money protection via its Client Money Protect scheme. HFIS Ltd is the appointed scheme administrator for all the mydeposits tenancy deposit protection schemes.

    The National Landlords Association (NLA) is the leading landlord association in the United Kingdom. Its membership base of more than 65,000 landlords range from full-time landlords with large property portfolios to those with houses-of-multiple-occupancy or with single bedroom flats. The NLA’s objectives are to promote sustainable tenancies and encourage fair and flexible renting for everyone by educating landlords about best practice and their statutory rights and responsibilities and to lobby in the interests of landlords and the wider PRS by providing a voice and a face that is heard and seen by politicians, the media and the public both nationally and locally.
